I’m not getting promoted. Can you help me with that?
Most people who get passed over for promotions have not focused on developing their leadership skills or they have not built a reputation within the organization. Often people assume that if they do an excellent job it will be enough, that their work and accomplishments will speak for themselves. This is the #1 mistake I see. Putting yourself out there is not easy, especially if you are an introvert. But there are ways to be authentic about showcasing your work and thereby promoting yourself. That’s one of the biggest skills I can help you develop through 1:1 coaching.

I'm an individual contributor. I don't want to be a leader.
While you may not hold a traditional leadership title, it's important to recognize that leadership comes in many forms. Every action you take, every project you contribute to, and every problem you help solve is a form of leadership. Your dedication, expertise, and commitment make a significant impact, not only in your role as an individual contributor but also in the broader context of your team and organization. Your work is a vital part of the collective effort that drives success.

Do you only offer your services to women?
Women are my priority. I hope that someday we can do away with the belief that women need to learn and do things a man’s way. I can’t count the number of times I’ve heard (from women and men) that women should do more of the things that men typically do. But women already bring strong qualities to the corporate table, and many of our stereotypical feminine qualities actually give us a competitive advantage. We still have some campaigning to do before women’s traits are valued as much as men.
That being said, I have coached women, men, and I am open to coaching all genders.

Are you an introvert?
Yes! I am definitely an introvert. I’ve faced all of the challenges that I’ve mentioned throughout my website. I’ve professionally coached dozens of people with their career challenges and journeys - introverts, extroverts, and the in-between.

Are you a life coach?
No, this isn't life coaching. While professional and personal aspects often overlap, I do not identify as a life coach. My primary goal is to assist you in developing skills for a successful career.
